We do everything we can to ensure fast, reliable and discreet delivery – we work with proven carriers and ship 95% of orders the same day.
How do we deliver?
95% of orders are shipped the same day. We ship your order throughout the Czech Republic and abroad. After the carrier has received your shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking link. The delivery date is determined by the carrier.
Who are our carriers?
Your goods will be delivered by reliable carriers such as PPL, Geis, DPD, Raaben and GLS. You can choose them after completing your order in the online shopping portal. However, for fragile and bulky items (such as carbon filters) we reserve the right to change the carrier and the form (parcel/pallet).
We will let you know in advance of the change. If you do not agree with it, we are unfortunately not responsible for any damage to the shipment, although we always do our best to avoid it.
Do we offer individual transport?
Yes, I am! If you are not satisfied with the offers of carriers, we will prepare an individual offer and plan of shipments for you – for Prague and its surroundings.
